Leverage your deep telecom domain expertise to build a best-in-class Revenue Assurance Solution that helps clients minimize revenue leakage, improve margins, and strengthen trust across their entire revenue lifecycle.

As a client-facing leader, you will engage with senior EY and client stakeholders, including CFOs and CTOs, to deliver measurable outcomes and build an industry-leading RA risk framework.

Lead the vision, roadmap, and value proposition for Revenue Assurance solutions, identifying leakage hypotheses and quantifying impact. Serve as the primary RA subject matter expert, advising on telco regulations, leading practices, and market benchmarks.

Collaborate with onshore and onsite teams to develop proposals, thought leadership, and reusable assets like KRI libraries and control catalogues. Build executive relationships and communicate complex RA issues effectively to senior management.

Oversee the end-to-end design of RA risk and controls across the revenue lifecycle, from network usage to GL/revenue recognition. Define and validate KRIs/KPIs, materiality thresholds, and exception handling workflows. Ensure operational excellence by establishing the RA operating model, including issue triage and remediation tracking.

Manage engagement budgets, risks, and delivery timelines, ensuring proactive stakeholder communication. Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, integrity, and measurable impact.

A minimum of 12 years of dedicated experience in Telecom Revenue Assurance, including recent, hands-on leadership roles within an operator, vendor, or Big 4 consulting firm. Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale RA control frameworks and KRIs is essential.

Experience collaborating with data engineers on crucial areas like reconciliations, data lineage, and monitoring is required. You must possess strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with CFO, CRO, Billing, and IT leadership.

Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory, and willingness to travel as needed. A deep understanding of telco BSS/OSS and revenue processes, coupled with a strong grounding in RA frameworks, KRIs/KPIs, and leakage taxonomies, will set you apart.
