Lead and manage diverse risk consulting engagements, including internal audits, internal controls assessments, SOX 404, and business process reviews specifically within the Oil & Gas sector. Oversee engagement teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to EY's global standards, timelines, and budgets.

Identify process gaps, assess risks, and propose best-practice improvement recommendations tailored to the client's business environment. Apply a structured, solution-focused approach to problem-solving, preparing comprehensive audit reports, working papers, and client communications. Proactively monitor engagement progress, manage risks, and ensure timely communication of status and outcomes to key stakeholders.

A Senior Manager with at least 10 years of experience in consulting or industry, focusing on internal audits, internal controls, and business process reviews within the Oil & Gas sector. You should possess a proven ability to deliver impactful, sector-specific solutions across the O&G value chain (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream).

Demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate high-performance teams, and a capacity for innovative thinking. Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills are essential, along with robust stakeholder management capabilities. Experience with Big4 or top-tier consulting firms is preferred.
