This Business Enablement & Governance Manager role, within the MENA Strategic Governance Program (SGP), is pivotal for ensuring the effective operation and delivery of strategic initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities involve leading business enablement, governance, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement to translate strategic priorities into coordinated, impactful delivery, thereby strengthening organizational effectiveness and supporting informed leadership decisions.

Drive the successful execution of MENA SGP priorities by introducing structure, coordination, and momentum to strategic initiatives and business needs. Guide leadership in transforming strategic direction into clear priorities, aligned plans, and measurable outcomes.

Foster collaboration across service lines, markets, and enabling functions to advance shared objectives and create business value. Provide agile and practical support for evolving business requirements, ensuring SGP activities align with the broader MENA agenda.

Champion a culture of process excellence, simplicity, and continuous improvement within the SGP operating environment. Lead the creation and refinement of efficient, scalable, and consistent work methodologies. Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness, reduce complexity, and improve the quality and reliability of delivery, supporting the adoption of best practices across stakeholder groups.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Governance, Project Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in business enablement, governance, process improvement, PMO, transformation, or stakeholder management.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of how strategy, governance, processes, and stakeholders collaborate for effective business delivery. The ability to operate confidently within a complex, matrixed, and multicultural MENA environment is essential.

Required capabilities include strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial, alongside sound judgment and a practical, outcome-focused approach. The capacity to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and work autonomously with discretion is also key. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and collaboration tools is necessary.
