Drive the successful execution of MENA SGP priorities by bringing structure and coordination to strategic initiatives.

Foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement within the SGP operating environment, leading to more efficient and scalable ways of working.

Maintain a robust governance framework that ensures accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making, providing leadership with critical insights on progress and risks.

Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across MENA, acting as a central point of coordination to align priorities and facilitate collaboration.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Governance, Project Management, or a related field is required.

Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in business enablement, governance, process improvement, PMO, transformation, or stakeholder management.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of how strategy, governance, processes, and stakeholders integrate for effective business delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential.

Exhibit excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving requirements in a complex, multicultural MENA environment.
