This position focuses on developing, managing, and leading automation projects using UiPath. You will own automation workflows, guide junior developers, and communicate effectively with client teams. Lead the complete lifecycle of automation development using UiPath, including Modern UI and ReFramework, for both attended and unattended bots. Develop and manage unattended workflows, translating intricate business needs into efficient automation.

Expertly handle Long Running Workflows and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) concepts. Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance, implementing robust exception handling. Manage UiPath Orchestrator components like Queues and Assets, overseeing deployments.

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and project updates. Mentor junior developers on best practices. Ensure high-quality documentation adhering to delivery standards. Provide rapid bug fixes for production bots.

We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer with 5-8 years of experience in RPA and digital transformation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Proven expertise in UiPath development, including run support, RCA analysis, and reporting, is essential. You should have hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting automation solutions. Excellent communication skills for direct client engagement and leadership qualities to drive workstreams are highly valued.

Flexibility to work in shifts and a collaborative spirit are necessary. Holding the UiPath Certified Professional – Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is required. Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
