We seek a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in React.js and Python, complemented by expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced web applications, seamlessly integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, intelligent automation, and AI-driven analytics. This position demands a robust understanding of modern software engineering, cloud-native development, and practical AI implementation.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Python, building reusable UI components, and integrating front-end applications with backend services. You will also optimize application performance, security, and reliability, while actively participating in solution design, code reviews, and testing.

In AI & Generative AI development, you will design and implement AI features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), build conversational AI solutions and chatbots, and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases. Fine-tuning prompts, optimizing AI model performance, and integrating AI services from platforms like OpenAI are integral. You will also develop AI workflows for document processing and knowledge search, and implement responsible AI practices and AI security controls. Deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS are also part of this role.

Mandatory technical skills encompass front-end expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API, and Material UI. For the back-end, proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask/Django, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and both SQL & NoSQL databases is required. Crucially, experience in Generative AI application development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services, AI Agent Frameworks, AI Model Evaluation, and Responsible AI concepts is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, experience managing large datasets and integrating diverse data sources, and familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AI Agent development, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Graph APIs, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot technologies, and MLOps concepts are advantageous.
