As a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting, specifically within Data & Analytics, you will serve as an AI Architect specializing in GenAI. This position is crucial for driving innovation in AI and Data use cases, utilizing Microsoft Fabric as the core analytics platform on Azure.

You will be instrumental in shaping platform strategies and defining end-to-end architectures that address complex business challenges. This role is ideal for a technically adept architect who excels in presales, solution design, and delivery guidance, translating intricate business problems into robust, scalable AI and Data architectures.

Lead the architecture and solutioning of complex enterprise AI and Data use cases on Microsoft Azure, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and define AI & Data requirements, translating business objectives into executable platform architectures. Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Power BI) and Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, and Spark. Define and implement enterprise data platform patterns, including data layers, data modeling, and Data Product architectures aligned with business domains. Enable AI, Advanced Analytics, and GenAI use cases by designing AI-enabled analytics platforms utilizing Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI. Lead presales activities, client discovery workshops, solution design, proposal responses, and act as a trusted architecture advisor. Guide delivery teams to validate architecture feasibility, review complex components, and ensure architecture consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Develop reusable architecture assets, solution blueprints, and codify best practices for enterprise Microsoft Fabric adoption and AI & Data platform modernization.

Possess over 15 years of experience in data platforms, analytics architecture, or cloud solutions, with a strong background in Microsoft Azure. Demonstrate proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI & Data platforms and defining/implementing enterprise Data Products and domain-driven data architectures. Exhibit strong expertise in Data modelling, including conceptual, logical, and physical models supporting analytics, reporting, and AI. Have significant experience in consulting and client-facing environments, with mandatory strong presales and solution-shaping capabilities. Show deep technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Spark, and Notebooks. Possess a strong understanding of Enterprise Data Modelling, Dimensional Modelling, Semantic Layer design, and Data Product lifecycle management. Be hands-on with SQL, PySpark, Python, DAX, and Power Query. Have experience designing AI-enabled analytics architectures, with knowledge of Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI integration patterns. Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with strong communication and executive-level articulation skills.
