This role is within the AIA – Agentic AI Engineer career family, focusing on driving data-driven transformations. We are seeking a dynamic Manager for our AI & Data Tech Consulting team, bringing a blend of AI strategy consulting, data assessment expertise, and hands-on leadership experience to deliver impactful solutions.

You will collaborate with C-suite leaders, operating partners, and executives to help them harness Agentic AI, analytics, and data platforms for value creation, accelerated digital transformation, and enhanced competitive advantage.

Drive AI & Data Consulting initiatives by partnering with leadership to define and execute Agentic AI, GenAI, and analytics strategies. Develop and deploy AI implementation frameworks and accelerators that deliver tangible value.

Conduct AI-ready data and enterprise data assessments, evaluating data quality, security, structure, and lineage. Review existing enterprise data to identify gaps, assess data foundations, and define prioritized actions for AI use cases. Apply these assessments during diligence, post-merger integration, and 100-day plans, converting findings into clear business cases with ROI.

Lead Agentic AI initiatives, translating business needs into agent architectures and capabilities. Build proprietary AI/ML accelerators for processes like customer care and operational automation. Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Architect data solutions using cloud platforms, data engineering frameworks, and predictive analytics. Guide organizations on data governance, data marketplaces, and analytics COEs. Design end-to-end data transformation programs from roadmap to implementation.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between AI product teams, analytics experts, and sector specialists. Drive knowledge sharing and capability-building within the team.

We are looking for individuals with 10–12 years of experience in Agentic AI, digital transformation, and strategy consulting. A proven track record in AI-driven transformation programs, including Agentic AI, GenAI, predictive analytics, and process mining, is essential.

Experience in building and deploying accelerators, playbooks, or proprietary platforms for data-driven consulting is highly valued.

Possess exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, particularly with C-suite executives. A strong problem-solving mindset is required to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities are critical for success in this role.
