EY is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain secure, scalable enterprise web applications and AI-powered experience layers. This role involves modern frontend engineering, backend services, API and data integration, real-time streaming, cloud-native deployment, automated testing, accessibility, observability, and production support.

Successful candidates will demonstrate experience with enterprise-level application implementations, understanding business context, technical design, and delivery outcomes. While certifications are valuable, practical implementation experience is paramount.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and supporting responsive enterprise web applications, dashboards, chat interfaces, copilots, and agent-based user experiences. You will build reusable frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, and develop scalable backend services with Python (FastAPI), .NET, Java, or Node.js. Integration of REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, search services, and AI/LLM endpoints, along with implementing real-time interactions via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, will be crucial.

Ensuring application security through secure coding practices, input validation, and privacy controls is essential. You will also be responsible for writing comprehensive automated tests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production support. Optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues across various system layers, and preparing technical documentation are also key duties. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, UX designers, product owners, and AI engineers, is expected.

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in full-stack, frontend, backend, or cloud-native application development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise or client-facing applications through their lifecycle. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, chatbot, copilot, or agent capabilities into web applications is highly preferred.

Essential technical skills include strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web development (Next.js preferred). A solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, responsive design, component architecture, and state management is required. Backend proficiency in Python (FastAPI), .NET, Java (Spring Boot), or Node.js, along with experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and databases, is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and Git is also vital. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration are essential.
