Join EY and build a career that's as unique as you are. We're seeking a Senior AI/GenAI professional with 4-8 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, Conversational AI, and AI agents.

This role is crucial for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions. You'll collaborate with a diverse team, translating business needs into practical AI components. The position emphasizes strong technical execution and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing AI implementations across client engagements.

Practical, hands-on experience contributing to AI solutions in enterprise environments is essential. Certifications, personal projects, or demos alone are not sufficient. Candidates should be prepared to articulate their contributions to at least one or two AI/GenAI implementations, detailing the business use case, technical approach, and outcomes.

Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, GenAI, RAG, conversational AI, and AI agent solutions, from design to deployment and continuous improvement.

Develop and support RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, knowledge retrieval mechanisms, and necessary integrations and automation components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI solution features and resolve technical challenges.

Implement AI evaluation, validation, guardrails, quality checks, and performance tuning, adhering to Responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.

Leverage enterprise AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks, contributing to technical documentation and stakeholder updates.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess 4-8 years of overall professional experience with a strong focus on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and AI agents.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in developing or supporting GenAI applications, copilots, chatbots, or AI agents in enterprise settings.

Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and vector databases is preferred, along with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices and MLOps/LLMOps concepts.
