As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain sophisticated web applications, developing both React JS front-ends and Python (FastAPI) back-end APIs deployed on AWS. You will integrate diverse enterprise systems like SharePoint, Snowflake, and Figma via the shared integration gateway. Responsibilities also include designing data models across Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and S3, and collaborating with shared services for document processing, vector search, and knowledge graphs.

Furthermore, you will manage deployment through shared CI/CD and Terraform (IaC) pipelines, ensuring secure authentication with Entra ID/Cognito. A key aspect of this role involves developing Generative AI features using Amazon Bedrock (Claude), encompassing prompt engineering, RAG implementations, Bedrock Guardrails, and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive full stack experience. Essential technical proficiencies include strong skills in React, Python, and AWS serverless/container technologies. Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications and familiarity with Snowflake for data access are crucial.

We are looking for individuals adept at integrating enterprise systems, designing data models on cloud platforms, and working with technologies such as Textract, vector search, and Neo4j. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and secure authentication methods like Entra ID/Cognito is expected. A significant part of the role involves developing GenAI features using Amazon Bedrock, including prompt engineering and RAG.
