Join EY GDS as a Senior Manager in Agentic AI & Generative AI and lead cutting-edge AI transformations within the banking sector. You'll be instrumental in leveraging autonomous agents, AI orchestration, and Responsible AI to enhance decision-making, achieve regulatory compliance, and deliver significant business transformation for our clients. We are seeking a results-driven leader with deep banking domain expertise and a proven ability to scale enterprise AI programs.

Lead the enterprise strategy, architecture, and implementation of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Responsible AI, and AI Governance solutions for banking clients. Serve as a senior AI architect and thought leader, translating executive priorities into scalable AI architectures and transformation roadmaps. Drive the adoption of autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, AI copilots, and cloud-native GenAI platforms. Partner with senior client stakeholders, architects, data scientists, and engineers to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases. Own the design authority for LLM-powered applications, enterprise AI agents, model evaluation, AI security, Responsible AI controls, and AI governance frameworks. Develop solutions for customer servicing, relationship management, lending, credit risk, fraud detection, KYC/AML, compliance, and operations transformation. Establish robust AI governance frameworks covering responsible AI principles, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI architecture, and enterprise technology transformation, with at least 7 years focused on leading AI-driven programs within the banking industry. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering is essential. Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and AI orchestration platforms like LangGraph and LangChain, is mandatory. Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, along with experience in MLOps, LLMOps, and AI observability, is critical. Strong knowledge of banking processes, including lending, credit risk, KYC/AML, and fraud detection, is also a key requirement.
