Implement robust cloud-based data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and validating diverse healthcare data sources. Support the creation of AI-ready healthcare data products, including curated datasets and feature stores. Engage in healthcare interoperability initiatives utilizing standards like FHIR and HL7. Build foundational data solutions that power AI and Generative AI use cases, such as document processing and vector databases. Ensure data quality, governance, and observability through effective implementation of controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and support cloud deployments. Participate actively in requirement gathering, testing, and production support activities, contributing to best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science is required. You should possess 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, or AI Engineering, with at least one year dedicated to the healthcare or life sciences sector. Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data platforms is essential. Familiarity with healthcare data standards like FHIR or HL7, and an understanding of data governance principles are highly valued. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and strong analytical problem-solving skills are key attributes for success in this consulting role.
