Join EY GDS Consulting and lead the growth of our Supply Chain Operations Analytics practice. This Senior Manager role involves shaping strategies, developing capabilities, and implementing large-scale AI and analytics transformations for global clients. You'll be a business operator, responsible for delivery outcomes, team development, client engagement, and sales conversion, all while leveraging deep supply chain expertise and technical credibility.

Key responsibilities include leading and expanding the supply chain analytics competency, defining capability roadmaps, and developing service offerings. You will operate as a business owner, driving utilization, revenue, and practice health. This involves partnering with senior EY and client leadership to shape analytics agendas, leading end-to-end pursuits from opportunity identification to sales conversion, and driving innovation in generative and agentic AI for supply chain.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of concurrent engagements, overseeing solution architecture, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. This includes the design, build, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions across various supply chain functions. Establishing robust delivery governance and best practices is also a critical aspect of this role.

We are seeking a Senior Manager with 10-12 years of industry or consulting experience, including 6-8 years in supply chain advanced analytics solution design and delivery. Proven experience in leading teams and managing senior client relationships is essential.

Demonstrated success in practice/competency management, sales conversion, and delivery ownership is required. Global client experience is strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is necessary. A master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Data Science is preferred, with an MBA or PhD being an advantage.

Ideal candidates possess strong commercial acumen, delivery rigor, and people leadership skills, combined with deep supply chain and analytics expertise. An executive presence, capable of translating business strategy into analytics roadmaps, is crucial. Experience across CPG, Life Sciences/Pharma, Industrial, or Resources sectors, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, will set candidates apart.
