EY GDS Consulting is seeking a Senior STIBO MDM Consultant to join their AI and Data team. As a Senior STIBO STEP Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and delivering Master Data Management (MDM) solutions utilizing the STIBO STEP platform. This position demands profound expertise in STEP data modeling, workflow customization, supplier onboarding processes, PDX/supplier portal management, validation rules, lifecycle controls, and integrations with PIM-DAM solutions like OpenText.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing STIBO STEP solutions for Supplier and Product MDM use cases. You will design and implement supplier onboarding workflows, ensuring robust validation, approval, and mandatory attribute enforcement. Managing STIBO PDX/Supplier Portal for external supplier collaboration is crucial. You will define, develop, and enforce validation rules, business rules, and attribute completeness checks.

Further duties involve designing and maintaining workflow enhancements, including exception handling and rework cycles. Implementing and managing lifecycle states and controls for master data objects is essential. You will perform comprehensive STEP data modeling, covering attributes, attribute groups, data containers, and references. Configuring Web UI components such as search screens, sub screens, and pop-ups is also part of the role.

You will develop and configure business rules using JavaScript/Rhino scripting for actions, conditions, and validations. Responsibilities extend to data migration, bulk updates, and data quality remediation. Supporting export/import configurations, packaging hierarchies, and change packaging is required. You will collaborate with integration teams on REST, SOAP, and IDOC integrations.

Participation in Agile delivery phases, including requirement analysis, design, build, test, and deployment, is expected. Support for testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities will be necessary. Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members is a key aspect. Engaging with business stakeholders and data governance teams to translate business requirements into STEP configurations is vital.

Essential skills include extensive hands-on experience with the STIBO STEP platform and proven experience with STIBO PDX/Supplier Portal. Strong expertise in STEP configuration, encompassing workflows, validations, and lifecycle management, is a must. A deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices is required.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in STEP data modeling, including attributes, attribute groups, data containers, and references. Experience with Web UI configuration (search screens, sub screens, pop-ups) is essential. Strong knowledge of business rules development using JavaScript/Rhino scripting and experience in STEP workflow configuration and enhancement are critical.

Integration experience with REST, SOAP, and IDOC is necessary, along with experience in data migration and data quality management. Hands-on exposure to Java/J2EE or similar technologies is beneficial. Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and experience with data modeling and architecture design are required. Exposure to Agile delivery methodology is expected.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are paramount. A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within large programs is essential. Soft skills such as leadership, a strategic mindset, advocacy for collaboration and psychological safety, data-driven decision-making, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
