Lead the complete lifecycle of AI and data projects, from initial proposals to successful delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and effective resource management.

Design and develop scalable data solutions adhering to best practices in data value chains.

Serve as a key client contact, understanding business challenges, proposing AI offerings, and contributing to go-to-market strategies and RFP responses.

Provide technical guidance on end-to-end data pipeline implementation and optimization using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with technologies such as Spark, Python, and SQL.

Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, scientists, and architects, promoting innovation and professional development.

Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest technology trends and defining best practices for both EY and its clients.

A minimum of 15 years of extensive industry experience in AI, data analytics, software development, or consulting is required, with substantial leadership or management responsibilities.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise across the entire Big Data and cloud data engineering ecosystem.

Show strong technical proficiency in building robust analytics applications.

Exhibit deep knowledge of complex solution architecture, with experience across diverse technologies, application landscapes, data security, and governance frameworks.

Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
