Design, develop, and deploy scalable scientific data pipelines and agentic AI workflows using Python, Nextflow, and AWS. Optimize computer vision solutions for enhanced performance and accuracy. Implement CI/CD automation for efficient workflow orchestration and deployment. Ensure solutions are reliable, reproducible, secure, and well-documented. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deliver innovative solutions.

Possess 6-10 years of experience in Python development, Nextflow, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI. Proficiency in cloud workflow orchestration, particularly with AWS. Strong understanding of production-quality software engineering principles and CI/CD automation. Experience in collaborating with data scientists, bioinformaticians, imaging scientists, and engineers. Ability to deliver secure, reproducible, and well-documented solutions for complex data challenges.
