Develop and implement data quality management frameworks, including rules, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms. Perform data profiling, assess quality issues, and plan remediation strategies.

Design and operationalize data catalog management, establish metadata standards, and manage business glossary practices. Oversee technical metadata, data lineage, data inventory, and asset certification processes.

Lead data discovery, classification, and sensitive data inventory initiatives. Implement stewardship workflows and governance-enabled catalog processes. Support data marketplace enablement and self-service data discovery use cases. Contribute to reference and master data management initiatives.

This senior-level role requires 5-9 years of relevant experience in metadata management and data quality.

Candidates should possess a strong capability in data quality management, including data quality rules, profiling, and monitoring. Expertise in data catalog management, metadata management, and business glossaries is essential.

Familiarity with technical metadata, data lineage, data discovery, data classification, data stewardship, data inventory, data asset certification, data marketplace, reference data management, and master data management is required. Experience with tools like Collibra, Atlan, Microsoft Purview, Alation, Informatica, or BigID is advantageous.
