Furthermore, you will build and maintain modular data pipelines, develop dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, automate reporting, and contribute reusable assets to team repositories. Translating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and collaborating effectively with global EY teams and clients are crucial aspects of this position. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing expertise in domain context, analytics methods, and business storytelling.

We seek a Senior Consultant with 3-7 years of experience in life sciences commercial analytics, healthcare analytics, data science, or a related consulting field. Essential hands-on experience includes working with pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, etc.) and understanding the US pharmaceutical commercial model, including key stakeholders and patient journeys. Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R are required, along with experience in creating analytical datasets and reusable code. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau, cloud data platforms, and ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Databricks, etc.) is necessary. Exposure to machine learning, generative AI, and responsible AI practices is expected. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, data science, business, or a related discipline is a prerequisite. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. Strong pharmaceutical commercial and healthcare domain knowledge, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are vital.
