Design and develop robust data extraction and transformation (ETL) processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC. Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of migration engines. Oversee the development of ETL jobs, workflows, and mappings, ensuring high performance. Provide technical leadership to a team of ETL developers and data engineers, collaborating closely with business analysts and architects. Mentor team members, enforce best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

We are seeking professionals with 5-8 years of experience in handling structured and semi-structured data. Essential skills include strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and IDMS, proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Expertise in Informatica Cloud (IICS) and cloud data migration is crucial. Familiarity with DevOps practices, architectural principles, and database design is expected. Client management skills are also highly valued.
