We are looking for a Senior Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with over 12 years of extensive, hands-on engineering experience. This role is designed for an individual contributor who excels at building robust AI solutions and translating complex business needs into production-ready systems. You will leverage your expertise in GenAI, AI/ML, and Data Science across various enterprise AI tech stacks and hyperscaler platforms.

This role involves leading complex, end-to-end AI and GenAI solution deployments for strategic clients. You will act as the technical owner, guiding projects from initial concept through prototyping to production. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying high-impact AI/GenAI solutions, building LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows that deliver tangible business value. You will also drive innovation by creating reusable accelerators and frameworks, enabling rapid experimentation and widespread adoption of AI and cloud platforms through hands-on technical leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML, with a strong track record of building and operating production-grade systems. Expert-level proficiency in Python for large-scale applications is essential, alongside a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures. You must demonstrate the ability to independently manage and deliver complex, high-impact initiatives and possess excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience working directly with clients is a must.
