Join EY as an Associate Director in GDS Consulting, focusing on AI and Data Delivery. You will be instrumental in leading transformational initiatives within the Global Data Office, driving the application of AI and Agentic capabilities to deliver significant value.

As the Data Agent Delivery Lead, you will oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of data agent and agentic data stewardship capabilities across the entire data lifecycle. Key priorities include transforming Data Office processes using AI-powered stewardship, establishing an EY.ai Data Office Target Operating Model, and collaborating with Service Line Data Officers to build a portfolio of service transformation initiatives. You will also represent the AIRD Portfolio in the EY Client Zero program and develop new client service offerings for EY.ai Data Agents and EY.ai Data Office.

This role demands exceptional portfolio delivery management skills, coupled with hands-on experience in delivering 'Data Agents'. You will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders. Fluency in AI and Agentic capabilities, along with comprehensive knowledge of the data management lifecycle (data quality, modeling, engineering), is essential. Proven experience in delivering large-scale data-centric programs and building/developing high-performing teams is also required. An undergraduate degree in computer science, maths, or engineering is preferred, with 10 years of experience in enterprise-scale data and technology delivery. An MBA is considered a plus, and consulting experience is highly advantageous.
