Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data and analytics programs, establishing robust governance, integrated plans, and transparent reporting. Drive Agile methodologies, manage project constraints (scope, schedule, budget), and ensure successful platform modernization and transition to operations.

Architect modern cloud-native data platforms, including data lakes, lakehouses, and streaming solutions. Define data integration patterns, lead conceptual and physical data modeling, and provide architecture assurance across the delivery lifecycle. Ensure solutions meet stringent requirements for scalability, security, privacy, and cost-effectiveness. Establish comprehensive data governance principles and embed quality controls.

We seek a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 15 years of experience, including significant leadership in enterprise data programs and solution architecture.

Demonstrate proven success in delivering complex, multi-team programs with full ownership of governance, stakeholders, budgets, and commercial outcomes. Expertise in designing and deploying cloud data platforms on Azure, AWS, or GCP is essential, with deep knowledge of modern data technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Spark. Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark, alongside a strong understanding of data modeling, governance, privacy, and security are crucial.
