As a Senior Data Modeler, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing data modeling standards and best practices. You'll utilize tools and techniques to analyze data collection, storage, and exchange processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining comprehensive data models, performing data analysis to capture requirements, and visualizing them effectively.

You will manage the entire data model lifecycle, from initial requirements through design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborating closely with data engineers, you will ensure the creation of optimized physical data models and identify opportunities to enhance business activities through data utilization.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on data modeling. Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler, ER Studio, or Toad is essential. A strong command of SQL, basic ETL knowledge, and a solid understanding of data warehousing principles are required.

Essential qualifications include a computer science graduate degree or equivalent, along with experience in Agile delivery environments. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a good grasp of software development best practices. Excellent communication skills, client management experience, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions are also critical for success in this role.
