Design and maintain robust enterprise data models, translating intricate business requirements into efficient and scalable data solutions.

Develop comprehensive source-to-target mappings and detailed data dictionaries to ensure clarity and consistency. Establish critical data standards, track data lineage, and implement effective governance controls.

Collaborate closely with Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Reporting, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and facilitate seamless data flow. Conduct thorough impact analyses and maintain high data quality standards across all platforms.

We seek an experienced Data Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong foundation in Private Markets domain knowledge. Essential technical skills include expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault, and a solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse Architecture.

Familiarity with Data Modeling tools like ERwin or ER Studio is required. A proven track record in Private Equity, Private Credit, Fund Accounting, Investment Performance & Analytics, and handling concepts like Capital Calls, Distributions, NAV, Valuations, and Cash Flows is crucial.

Candidates should possess a strong blend of business acumen in Private Markets and data architecture expertise, with the ability to effectively liaise between business and technology teams. Excellent stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills are a must. While not mandatory, knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) and platforms like eFront, Investran, Aladdin, or Burgiss is advantageous. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies in a dynamic environment is highly valued.
