As a Data Modeler, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining enterprise-wide data models. Your responsibilities will include translating intricate business requirements into effective, scalable data solutions.

You will be tasked with creating detailed source-to-target mappings and comprehensive data dictionaries. Establishing robust data standards, ensuring data lineage, and implementing governance controls are also key aspects of this role.

Collaboration is essential. You'll work closely with Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Reporting, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality across all platforms. Performing impact analysis to maintain data integrity will be a continuous effort.

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with at least 5 years of experience, possessing strong domain knowledge in private markets such as Private Equity, Private Credit, Fund Accounting, and Investment Performance.

Technical expertise in Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical), Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse Architecture is crucial. Familiarity with DM tools like ERwin or ER Studio is expected.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, requirement-gathering skills, and the ability to bridge communication between business and technology teams. Experience in Wealth & Asset Management and familiarity with platforms like eFront, Investran, Aladdin, or Burgiss are considered advantageous.
