As a Principal Solution Architect, you will define and lead the architecture for field mobility and user engagement platforms, establishing scalable, secure, and high-performance patterns. You will drive platform strategy, technology selection, and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience standards. Oversee the design and implementation of mobile-first applications and user engagement platforms, architecting integration frameworks across cloud, enterprise systems, and data platforms. Lead the development of field mobility solutions with offline-first capabilities and real-time data synchronization. Drive innovation in user engagement through personalization frameworks and multi-channel communication. Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and analytics platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting AI/ML use cases. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leading cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards, promoting DevOps and CI/CD practices for continuous optimization.

We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in solution architecture for mobility and engagement platforms, possessing strong knowledge of mobile application ecosystems, API-driven architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems. Proven ability to design complex, distributed enterprise systems is essential. Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, coupled with strong experience in data platforms like Databricks and Azure Data Services, is required. Expertise in platform integration, Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise application integration is crucial. A solid background in SQL, data systems, cloud-native application development, and scalable architecture design patterns is necessary. Experience building high-performance, distributed applications and exposure to mobile frameworks and backend systems is beneficial. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills are vital, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive platform vision and product strategy. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
