Join EY's GDS Consulting team as a Senior Manager, focusing on AI and Data with expertise in Collibra. You will play a pivotal role in establishing robust Data Governance models and implementing data quality and protection processes for large enterprises. This role requires a strong background in data profiling, business data analysis, modeling, and compliance reporting, complemented by excellent analytical and communication skills. A keen business acumen and problem-solving aptitude are highly valued.

Key responsibilities include managing the data lifecycle, defining and implementing data management and governance frameworks, and configuring Collibra solutions. You will establish data ownership, lineage, and traceability for critical data elements. This involves defining business rules, data quality constraints, and building automated workflows for breach detection and remediation. Collaborating with business and technology teams, you'll contribute to building comprehensive data governance frameworks, establishing policies, and creating charters, roles, and guidelines for data governance and quality teams. Effective communication and status reporting are essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Collibra, Informatica DQ, or Axon. Proven experience in end-to-end Collibra Data Governance tool implementation is required, along with a solid understanding of Governance, Metadata Management, and Profiling processes. Experience integrating reporting tools with Collibra, knowledge of data modeling, security implementation within Collibra, and managing self-service data preparation are crucial. A good understanding of various data models (snowflakes, data marts, star data models, data lakes), strong SQL/PLSQL skills with analytical capabilities, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC are essential. Experience with DWH concepts is also required.
