As a Manager, you will lead the data and information lifecycle, from definition to traceability, collaborating across business, technology, and process workstreams. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing data management and governance frameworks, including establishing a data governance board. Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing Collibra, guiding clients on its advanced features, and establishing data ownership, lineage, and traceability for critical data elements. You will also define data quality rules, build automated workflows for breach detection and remediation, and contribute to the overall framework development using Collibra, ensuring timely task completion and regular status reporting.

We are seeking candidates with a BE/BTech/MCA/MBA and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, particularly with Collibra, Informatica DQ, or Axon. Essential qualifications include end-to-end implementation experience with Collibra Data Governance tools, a solid understanding of Governance, Metadata Management, and profiling processes, and experience integrating reporting tools with Collibra. A strong foundation in data modeling, security implementation within Collibra, and managing self-service data preparation are also required. Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases, Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts, and strong SQL/PLSQL analytical skills are crucial. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes is expected.
