Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing services like Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, and RDS. Construct scalable data lakes with S3 and Iceberg, ensuring secure and governed data access for analytics. Implement event-driven workflows using Lambda, SNS, and EventBridge for automation and real-time processing. Develop APIs and integrate services to support backend systems and client applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using CloudWatch and Grafana. Collaborate with teams to establish best practices, ensure security compliance, and align with business goals. Automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code. Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Must possess 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally with a computer science degree or equivalent. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud infrastructure at scale, coupled with expertise in data lake formation, governance, and analytics using AWS Lake Formation, S3, Athena, and Iceberg. A strong understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven workflows (Lambda, SNS, EventBridge) is essential. Proficiency in data warehousing (AWS Redshift), relational database design (Amazon RDS), and scripting languages like Python or Bash is required. Experience developing APIs, integrating distributed systems, and working with DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and CI/CD tools is also necessary. Familiarity with storage formats (Parquet, ORC, AVRO) and security frameworks is advantageous.
