The Data and Analytics team within EY Consulting empowers clients by embedding advanced analytical practices at the core of their decision-making processes, helping them to grow, transform, and operate more effectively.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data, AI, and Aladdin platform engineering programs. This includes architecting solutions on Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, and driving integration with Aladdin services. You will oversee strategy, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and establish robust operating models. Key responsibilities encompass defining solution roadmaps, translating business requirements into scalable data engineering solutions, designing data pipelines, and implementing data quality and security frameworks. You will also drive AI and Agentic AI adoption, foster engineering excellence, and manage delivery risks and stakeholder expectations.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, AI platforms, or delivery leadership. A strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, enterprise integration, Git/CI-CD, data security, governance, SRE operations, and AI/agentic engineering is essential. Prior experience delivering investment data platform integrations, including data onboarding, reconciliation, compliance workflows, and preferably BlackRock Aladdin integration, is crucial. Candidates with preferred certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and governance will be highly regarded.
