We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Insurance Data, Analytics & AI practice. You will be instrumental in defining and executing enterprise-wide strategies, guiding clients through complex data modernization, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business growth and operational excellence.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Data, Analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive large-scale initiatives encompassing data strategy, architecture modernization, governance, quality, integration, and AI enablement. Design and deploy scalable insurance data ecosystems and analytical platforms, including legacy transformation and cloud migration. Advise clients on target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and strategic investments in advanced technologies. Manage complex programs from inception to completion, ensuring robust governance, financial oversight, and successful business outcomes.

Cultivate reusable accelerators, frameworks, and industry solutions to enhance delivery effectiveness. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering organizational capabilities in Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI. Drive innovation through Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Decision Intelligence applications to improve productivity, customer experience, and risk management within insurance organizations.

A seasoned professional with over 18 years of extensive experience, including 10-12+ years within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. Possess deep expertise across insurance business operations, data transformation, and technology modernization. Strong functional knowledge of the insurance value chain, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and actuarial functions, is essential.

Demonstrate proven experience leading large-scale Insurance Data, Analytics & AI managed services engagements, with accountability for service delivery and operational performance. Expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise data warehousing, AI/ML solutions, and semantic data layers is highly desirable. Excellent executive stakeholder management and consulting skills are critical for influencing strategic decisions and driving enterprise-wide transformation.
