Join EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) as an experienced Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) leader, specifically an Associate Director within the Growth Marketing Hub. This pivotal role involves acting as the strategic BMC advisor for a key EY GDS business. Your mission will be to translate business priorities into integrated marketing, communications, and engagement strategies. The goal is to drive growth, enhance stakeholder engagement, and elevate the visibility of EY GDS capabilities throughout the EY network.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will shape compelling business narratives, develop executive communications, and devise impactful client-facing marketing strategies. You will orchestrate delivery across various BMC hubs and Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring seamless execution. Key duties include strategic BMC account management, defining growth-focused client marketing strategies, and driving visibility for EY GDS strategic initiatives. You will also define executive communication strategies and ensure alignment with EY's global growth agenda, while maintaining governance and operational excellence.

This role requires a minimum of 14 years of experience in business marketing and communications within complex corporate structures, with a proven ability to work with executive-level business leaders. A Master's degree in Marketing is essential. You should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating a commercial mindset and the capacity to translate intricate business priorities into effective, data-driven marketing and communication strategies. Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills are paramount. A deep understanding of internal and external marketing channel mixes, martech, and marketing analytics is also necessary. Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or technology organizations, coupled with solid project management, prioritization, people management, and governance capabilities, is expected.
