Join EY's Cybersecurity practice as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager and drive critical IAM service delivery across diverse client environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) with leading technologies like Microsoft Entra ID, IBM Security, Delinea, and SailPoint.

You will be instrumental in implementing, administering, and optimizing robust IAM solutions. These solutions are essential for secure user access, enforcing governance controls, managing privileged accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) settings.

Key responsibilities include implementing and administering IGA solutions, configuring identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver), and managing user provisioning/deprovisioning. You will design RBAC models, support SoD analysis, conduct access reviews, and integrate governance workflows with enterprise applications. Additionally, you'll deploy and manage access management platforms, configure authentication/authorization policies, and implement SSO and MFA. Responsibilities extend to administering PAM platforms like Delinea Secret Server, managing privileged accounts, and supporting least-privilege principles. You will also contribute to operational activities, risk management, and IAM transformation initiatives, including cloud identity and Zero Trust strategies.

We are looking for cybersecurity professionals with over 12 years of specialized experience in Identity and Access Management. A B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline is required. Proven hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Governance, IBM Security Verify Access, and Delinea Secret Server is essential, with preferred experience in SailPoint, Oracle Identity Governance, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity. A strong grasp of IGA, AM, PAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, SoD, and IAM integration with enterprise applications is necessary. Proficiency with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory is also crucial, alongside excellent communication and analytical skills.
