Lead and execute comprehensive OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk and maturity assessments, architecture reviews, and security posture evaluations across SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, and ICS systems. Perform OT-focused vulnerability assessments and coordinate with engineering teams for exposure analysis. Implement and manage OT monitoring solutions like Dragos and Nozomi Networks. Develop and validate OT detection and response capabilities using network traffic analysis and threat intelligence. Conduct industrial threat modeling and risk quantification, aligning with operational impact and safety. Create OT cybersecurity roadmaps and transformation programs based on frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82. Support the implementation of OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and OT-specific incident response plans. Apply deep understanding of industrial processes across Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Smart Cities, aligning security with operational priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into business and operational risks. Contribute to practice development through methodology creation, standardization of frameworks, and supporting business development activities. Lead and mentor a team of OT security consultants, fostering technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess 10-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years dedicated to OT/ICS cybersecurity. Demonstrated hands-on experience in OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and deploying/utilizing Dragos and/or Nozomi platforms is essential. Proven experience in OT risk and maturity assessments is crucial. Familiarity with industrial processes and operational workflows within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Smart Infrastructure sectors is necessary. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills are expected. Ability to manage multiple complex engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes is required. Willingness to travel across the MENA region is a prerequisite.
