Join EY's Cyber Security team as an Infrastructure Security Manager and drive transformative security solutions for clients. You will lead engagements, focusing on the design, integration, and implementation of robust infrastructure security. This role involves coordinating delivery teams, ensuring quality standards, and mentoring junior professionals.

We seek a solutions-oriented professional with deep security engineering expertise and a proven track record in managing network security architecture and implementation. Your ability to translate client needs into practical, scalable solutions will be crucial. You'll manage technical delivery, mitigate risks, and engage stakeholders, contributing to the evolution of market-leading security services.

Oversee the design, architecture, assessment, and implementation of network security solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution approaches, and supervise the creation of design documentation. Lead workstreams covering next-generation firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, NAC, SD-WAN, DDoS protection, wireless security, WAF, and secure web gateways. Provide technical guidance for solutions involving leading security technologies. Manage the deployment, integration, and testing of solutions. Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives, including segmentation. Review security designs for compliance with principles and standards. Manage engagement plans, milestones, risks, and budgets. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical challenges. Review and ensure the quality of network drawings and documentation. Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and statements of work. Mentor team members, allocate tasks, and promote best practices.

A minimum of 12 years in Information Technology, with significant experience in infrastructure or network security and at least 5 years leading technical workstreams or delivery teams. Possess strong experience in security engineering, architecture assessments, solution design, and implementation. Demonstrable hands-on knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAC, SD-WAN, WAF, proxy, IPS/IDS, DDoS protection, EDR/XDR, and related controls. Experience deploying, maintaining, or operating enterprise network security platforms is essential. Working knowledge of Zero Trust principles, segmentation, and secure access architectures is required. Understanding of cloud security architecture and hybrid infrastructure security is necessary. Proven experience managing client expectations, project risks, and technical documentation is expected. A consultative and pragmatic approach to solving complex security challenges is a must.
