Collaborate within a team and provide leadership on technical aspects of OBIEE/OAC implementation projects. Offer expert guidance on product and design best practices to ensure optimal solution architecture. Act as a key liaison, interfacing and communicating effectively with onsite coordinators. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular, comprehensive status reports to project leadership.

Contribute to engagements focused on growth, market, and portfolio strategy for corporates, employing an issue-based approach. Showcase strong communication, presentation, and team-building capabilities, consistently producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations. Foster a culture of quality and teamwork, actively participating in organization-wide people initiatives and contributing to a high-performing environment.

Possess a BE/BTech/MCA/MBA degree coupled with substantial industry experience, ideally between 4 to 8 years in OBIEE/OAC. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end OBIEE/OAC implementations is essential. A solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Informatica, ODI, or SSIS is required. Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and RPD logical modeling is expected.

Familiarity with BI Publisher, Agents, and security implementation within OAC/OBIEE environments is necessary. The role demands the ability to manage self-service data preparation, data synchronization, data flows, and work with curated datasets. Experience managing connections to diverse data sources (cloud and non-cloud) via available connectors in OAC is crucial.

Key technical skills include creating pixel-perfect reports, managing catalog content, developing dashboards, prompts, and calculations. Ability to create datasets, map layers, and build multiple data visualizations and stories in OAC is vital. A strong grasp of various data models, including snowflakes, data marts, star schemas, and data lakes, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Additional strengths include a familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes, strong SQL/PLSQL proficiency, and analytical acumen. Cloud experience, migrating OBIEE on-premise to Oracle Analytics Cloud, and working knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database are considered significant advantages. A robust understanding of DWH concepts and strong data modeling skills are fundamental to this role.
