We are seeking a motivated Export Operations Specialist to ensure seamless and efficient cross-border deliveries. This role is crucial for coordinating end-to-end export order fulfillment, liaising with various departments, and overseeing SAP order and shipment execution. As an Export Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing order entry, confirmation, and monitoring within SAP, ensuring accurate communication with markets. You will coordinate shipment planning across multiple locations and providers, manage the full SAP process flow from delivery notes to invoicing, and support transport optimization initiatives.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing all essential export documentation, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and facilitating timely customs clearance for clients. You will handle operational exceptions like returns and damages, and contribute to master data management for products, pricing, and customers.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in export operations is required, with proven proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other reporting tools. Experience with OTM, Power BI, or other TMS tools is a plus.
