Join EY's MENA People Consulting Design Theatre team as an Experience Designer/Senior Associate. Based in our Trivandrum or Kochi office, you'll play a key role in crafting immersive programs that drive business outcomes. Our Design Theatre approach connects people and equips them with the mindset and tools for innovative thinking, delivered both virtually and in-person for global clients.

Design and produce compelling digital content and branded materials to enhance interactive sessions. Collaborate with the Experience Leader/Manager to shape customer experience strategy and devise solutions based on extensive research and analysis. Provide crucial support to clients in utilizing collaboration software within their experience journeys.

Offer innovative ideas for tackling client challenges, drawing upon industry trends and user experience best practices. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences through various visual and interactive mediums like sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.

Embrace a collaborative work ethic, actively seeking opportunities to develop your skills by taking on new challenges. Demonstrate a genuine passion for solving intricate business problems. Lead client workshops to deeply understand their needs, articulate a shared vision, and develop design strategies that align with their goals.

We are seeking individuals proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with various collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro, and digital whiteboards. You should possess strong visualization and documentation skills, including creating impactful presentations.

Experience with photography and video production is beneficial. The ability to live-scribe or sketchnote is highly valued. A solid understanding of the design thinking approach and experience working within agile teams are essential for success in this role.

Ideally, candidates will have an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in User Experience Design, Product Design, or Visual Design. Prior experience in consulting, a CX Practice within a Fortune 500 firm, or an agency in media management or digital creative experience, particularly in client-facing roles, is preferred. Cross-functional experience with internal and third-party development teams, along with project management skills in consulting or agency settings, is also advantageous. Familiarity with interfacing with clients and Rich Media Vendors is expected. Advanced knowledge of design technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Mural, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, or Sketch is a plus.
