Develop a strong understanding of accounting concepts, principles, bank reconciliation, and financial statement analysis. Gain hands-on experience with AP, AR, FA, and GL processes, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance, including eTDS returns and preparation of data for GST filings like purchase/sales registers and RCM.

Become proficient in Tally ERP or similar systems for accounting and transaction processing. Enhance advanced Excel skills, including SUMIF, VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables for data analysis. Embrace AI-enabled tools and provide support to the operational leadership team.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. An MBA or M.Com degree is also highly valued. Minimum of 2+ years in Data Analysis and 3+ years in Financial Analysis is required.
