Responsibilities

As an Executive in Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Performance Management and Promotion processes. This includes driving performance cycles, managing stakeholder communications and training, ensuring process governance, and contributing to key talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities include: - Orchestrating end-to-end annual performance management cycles, ensuring timely completion and adherence to processes. - Coordinating critical stages such as goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and individual development plans. - Monitoring cycle progress, engaging with stakeholders, and resolving any identified gaps. - Supporting the continuous review and refinement of performance management policies and processes. - Contributing to the development and review of role-specific goals and key performance indicators (KRAs/KPIs) to enhance performance clarity. - Managing the promotion cycle across various levels and career streams, ensuring alignment with the Iris Talent Architecture. - Overseeing promotion timelines, nominations, assessments, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. - Assisting in the development and implementation of competency-based assessment frameworks. - Contributing to competency mapping and defining assessment criteria for career progression and lateral movements. - Supporting career development initiatives and pathways aligned with the talent architecture. - Collaborating with HR Business Partners, managers, and business leaders to ensure successful execution of talent processes. - Conducting training sessions for managers and employees on performance management, feedback, and promotion processes. - Developing communication materials, process guides, and FAQs. - Responding to stakeholder queries and providing guidance throughout the talent cycles. - Presenting process updates and data insights to HR and business stakeholders. - Researching market practices and emerging trends in talent management, benchmarking Iris's approaches for continuous improvement. - Identifying opportunities for process simplification and enhancing stakeholder and employee experience. - Developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics for performance and promotion processes. - Analyzing performance data to identify trends, exceptions, and areas needing attention. - Partnering with L&D and HR teams to provide insights for development interventions. - Supporting the execution of performance management processes within SuccessFactors PMGM, including coordination for configurations and business requirements. - Identifying system and process improvement needs and collaborating with the HR Systems team for enhancements.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Talent Management team in Noida. This role requires a proactive approach to driving key HR processes and a strong understanding of talent management principles.

Key attributes we are looking for: - Experience in supporting and executing performance management and promotion cycles. - Familiarity with talent management frameworks, competency mapping, and career development. - Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to derive insights from data. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of the organization. - Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors PMGM, is highly desirable. - A proactive mindset with a keen eye for process improvement and simplification. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
