Utilizing a robust Capital Agenda framework, we address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions for a diverse clientele, including corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions.

Execute M&A advisory and transaction support engagements within a consulting environment.

Analyze financial and strategic information to support deal evaluation and successful execution.

Conduct comprehensive market, sector, and company research to inform critical transaction decisions.

Develop clear, data-driven presentations and transaction materials tailored for client and internal stakeholder communication.

Possess a working knowledge of real estate considerations, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures relevant to M&A.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.

Demonstrated experience of 2-4 years in financial analysis is essential.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
