This role is part of our National Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction Capital Finance (TCF) Valuation team, focusing on tangible fixed assets across diverse industries. You'll contribute to reimagining client ecosystems and reshaping portfolios by providing strategic, financial, operational, and commercial insights. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) help clients optimize capital allocation, manage risk/return trade-offs, and drive competitive advantage.

Execute valuation assignments for tangible fixed assets, including plant & machinery, land, and buildings, across various sectors. This involves conducting site visits, analyzing comparables, and utilizing market research and replacement cost methodologies.

Key responsibilities include client interaction, coordinating with stakeholders, gathering data, understanding relevant regulations, and technically evaluating property and plant layouts. You will analyze market assumptions, interact with suppliers for quotations, and critically assess fixed asset registers and balance sheets. Prepare detailed valuation models within strict deadlines, write comprehensive reports, and manage reviews with senior leadership.

Ensure adherence to risk management strategies and proactively identify potential risks. Begin developing new business opportunities by understanding client needs and communicating them to your manager. Foster internal networking to gain insights that benefit client engagements.

A Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Civil, or a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Valuation is required.

We also welcome candidates with a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, a Master of Business Administration, or a Master of Science in Plant & Machinery Valuation.

Proven experience of 2+ years in Tangible Fixed Assets Valuation, with a strong client-facing background, is essential. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative approach, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
