As a Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass conducting engagements professionally and in alignment with client expectations and contractual terms. This includes preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You will also represent clients before tax authorities and provide advisory on outbound/inbound structuring, immigration, and provident fund matters concerning expatriates.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, deliver tasks effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals for comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, professional standards, and efficient use of electronic working papers and research tools is key. You will analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, thoroughly check documents for inspections, and maintain client confidentiality.

You will also foster a positive and cooperative attitude, contribute to team success by understanding methodologies, keeping team members informed of work status, seeking assignments, and proactively identifying opportunities to provide tax services. Challenging traditional procedures and seeking innovative approaches are encouraged.

To qualify for this position, a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
