As a Consultant, your core responsibilities involve conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. This includes preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients. You will advise on structuring for employee movement, including inbound/outbound considerations, and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund matters for expatriates.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, assisting in effective delivery and collaborating with tax professionals. You'll ensure assigned tasks are executed according to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilizing electronic working papers and software applications for research is key. You will also analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, while maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential, alongside robust analytical and numerical capabilities.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starters and team players with a keen ability to grasp details and excellent time management skills. A certified CA qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
