This role is part of the Government and Public Sector (GPS) Services, focusing on delivering implementable strategies for public sector organizations. We work with leading businesses and government entities across various sectors, including Transport, Health, Education, and Infrastructure, to improve public services and address critical challenges.

Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice empowers clients to reimagine their future by addressing complex strategic, financial, and operational questions. We specialize in areas like Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Project Finance, and Infrastructure advisory, utilizing our Capital Agenda framework to drive competitive advantage and optimize returns.

- Contribute to technical excellence within the Infrastructure Advisory team. - Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions for public sector clients. - Engage in client-facing activities, understanding and addressing their critical problems. - Collaborate across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field. While a Master of Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or an equivalent degree is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a strong foundational education.

We are seeking candidates with 0-3 years of relevant experience in public health, healthcare consulting, health systems strengthening, government health programs, or hospital operations. Prior experience working with State/Central Government health initiatives, such as NHM, ABDM, or AB-PMJAY, will be considered an advantage.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, possess a practical approach to solving complex issues, and exhibit agility, curiosity, and adaptability. A Master of Public Health, Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, or Master of Business Administration are also recognized qualifications for this position.
