This position is based in Delhi and offers a platform to collaborate with various business units and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in monitoring key risk indicators, preparing insightful reports, and supporting internal and external audits.

- Develop and maintain Risk & Control Frameworks, including RCMs and process documentation. - Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to identify risks and control gaps. - Perform gap analysis between current and target state controls. - Support regulatory change programs and track remediation efforts. - Execute Design Effectiveness Assessments (DEA) and Operational Effectiveness Testing (OET). - Document test results and collaborate on remediation plans. - Monitor KRIs, control performance, and escalate emerging risks. - Prepare risk and control dashboards and reports for leadership. - Partner with business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. - Support policy updates, system implementations, and special projects.

- 1-3 years of experience in Banking Risk and controls assurance. - Solid understanding of risk management principles and control frameworks. - Experience with RCSA, controls testing, and KPI/KRI frameworks is preferred. - Strong knowledge of data controls, lineage, and reconciliations. - Proficiency in SQL, Agile, Confluence, Change Management, BRD, FRD, and UAT. - Familiarity with BCBS 239 principles is a plus. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
