This role is part of our Unified Support Services within the CBS - ITS division, focusing on MF Specific operations in Pune. Our enablement functions are vital to EY's efficient operation, providing the resources and tools necessary for exceptional client service, market success, and organizational growth.

Facilitate and support the deployment of hardware and software to end-users, including installation, configuration, and testing. Assist with or coordinate the repair of end-user hardware and software reinstallation to resolve incidents.

Resolve complex incidents related to firm-standard hardware and software, identifying trends to prevent future issues. Act as a lead for less experienced specialists and provide after-hours support for escalated issues.

Perform asset management activities, including procurement, inventory, tracking, and distribution. Anticipate technology support needs, creatively prioritize tasks, and apply knowledge to develop technical solutions for complex customer needs.

Work independently on small projects, assess local office needs, and respond appropriately. Document and track inquiries, coordinate responses, and ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as "remote hands" for other EY Technology functions like Telecommunications and Hosting.

A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry, or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support and 5 years in IT Infrastructure Management are essential. Experience working collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, is crucial.
