Lead technology enablement and business transformation projects. Gather and manage client and business requirements. Conduct technology assessments and evaluate solutions. Support AI and automation initiatives, including tech innovation and future AI capabilities. Establish PMO governance for strategic technology programs. Oversee vendor evaluations and technology roadmaps. Coordinate business process improvement efforts. Develop executive dashboards and transformation reports. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage change effectively.

Requires 8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, and Technology Consulting. Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive technology adoption. Strong understanding of AI and automation principles. Experience in establishing program governance and managing change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
