Provide mentorship and support to teammates through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance. Enhance system observability by implementing robust metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence. Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile workflows. Leverage AI-powered tools while adhering to company policies.

A minimum of 18 to 22 years of extensive hands-on software engineering experience is required. Proficiency in Java and its related frameworks, such as Spring Boot and ORMs, is essential. Experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular) is expected, along with a willingness to embrace new technologies.

A strong foundation in relational databases like MySQL and Postgres, including schema and query design, is crucial. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is necessary.
